These terms apply to your use of Am I a Manhattan Project? (the “Site”), operated by Great Land of Gems! LLC. By using the Site or paying for a listing, you agree to these terms.
The service
The Site offers an automated assessment of whether a submitted website appears to meet the spirit of a “Manhattan Project” style product. Results are subjective and for entertainment and marketing purposes. We may approve or deny listings at our discretion.
Paid listings
A one-time fee of $99 USD buys a lifetime listing on the public registry and access to a printable certificate. There is no subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe. Listing content you submit (name, blurb, image, and site URL) will be displayed publicly if payment completes successfully.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, or any particular business outcome from being listed. References to SEO or visibility are informal descriptions of how a public link and listing may help, not a promise of results.
Your content
You confirm you have the right to submit the URL, text, and images you provide. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, or infringing material. We may remove a listing that violates these terms or that we find inappropriate, without refund.
Refunds
If payment succeeds but your listing does not publish due to a technical error on our side, email support@greatlandofgems.com within 14 days and we will fix the listing or refund the charge. We generally do not offer refunds once a listing is live and visible on the registry.
Limitation of liability
The Site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great Land of Gems! LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or from any assessment result.

Changes
